Our goal is to provide quality gymnastics for all ages and abilities in a safe and nurturing environment.

ESGC has been operating for 21 years; incorporated as a non profit making society in 1989. Its first home was St Heliers school, followed by the gymnasium at Selwyn College , in Kohimarama, where it operated for 15 years. Thanks to a strongly motivated team of parents who made it possible, in February 2006 the club was able to move into its very own permanent home.

The new facility is a community initiative which was assisted by Auckland City Council. A larger gym and all day availability is allowing the club to grow. It currently caters for over 400 local children in many different classes. Gymnasts from the club compete at local, regional and national events. The club is affiliated to New Zealand Gymnastic Association.
