What is Parkour?
Parkour is training to move freely over and through any terrain. Main physical actions used are running, jumping, climbing and quadrupedal movement.
This extremely popular discipline helps develop functional strength and fitness, balance, spatial awareness, agility, coordination, precision, and control.
Beginner 2.30 – 3.30pm
Advanced 3.30 – 4.30pm (invite only)
