ESGC’s School Holiday Programme is a great way to keep your child active during the holidays.

It’s an excellent way to introduce your child to the sport of gymnastics, or a chance for budding gymnasts to work on skills that they have been learning through the term.

Your child will also learn circus and acrobatics. For a change of pace we have a fun range of creative craft activities, and spend time outdoors when the weather allows.  There’s something for everyone!

 

ESGC Full Day School Holiday Programme

Our school holiday programme runs Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm. Half day, before care and aftercare options are also available.

 

Please note: Holiday Programmes are for children aged 5+.

Times and Prices:

  • Full Day (9am – 3pm) – $70
  • Half Day (9am – 12pm or 12pm – 3pm) – $35
  • Before Care (8am – 9am) – $9
  • After Care (3pm – 5pm) – $18
  • Long Day discount (8am – 5pm) – $90

Our Holiday Programme offers a wide range of activities:

  • Fun games, many that develop collaborative team work and quick thinking
  • Basic moving and locomotion patterns, developing coordination and targeting large muscle groups
  • Apparatus exercises: beam, bars, floor, rings, vault, trampoline
  • Arts and Crafts, Team Challenges and Wheels Day
  • Circus and Acrobatics exercises: Aerials, Adagio, Tumbling and Dance Acro (Full Day/Afternoon Programme only)

What to bring:

  • A packed lunch, snacks and a named bottle of water. Please no juice or fizzy drinks.
  • Sports gear: shorts, t-shirt, sweatshirt/jacket, shoes and socks.
  • Sunhat and Sunscreen for summer holidays.  We will apply sunscreen at lunchtime prior to time outdoors.
  • No jewellery, wrist watches, baggy clothes or anything with zips, buckles or buttons.

Important Information:
On arrival –

  • Parents must sign there child/children into the session
  • Children must wait in the family or TV room. For safety reasons, no children are allowed in the gym until the coach invites them in. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier on day one for orientation.
  • Parents must sign there child/children out of the session
