ESGC’s School Holiday Program is a great way to keep your child active during the holidays. It’s an excellent way to introduce your child to the sport of gymnastics, or a chance for budding gymnasts to work on skills that they have been learning through the term. We offer 2 packages: a standard 3 days holiday program and an extended 4 days holiday program.

All children get a certificate at the end of the program

Week 1    3 days:  Mon 14 Jan – Wed 16 Jan   Week 1   4 Days:  Mon 14 Jan – Thu 17 Jan

Week 2    3 days:  Mon 21 Jan – Wed 23 Jan     Week 2   4 Days:  Mon 21 Jan – Thu 24 Jan

Choose between a 3 or 4 day holiday program:

  • 5-6 years: 3 day Program (9am – 11am each day): $90
  • 5-6 years: 4 day Program (9am – 11am each day): $115
  • 7+years: 3 day Program (9am – 11:30am each day): $111
  • 7+years: 4 day Program (9am – 11:30am each day): $140

Our Holiday Programme offers a wide range of activities:

  • Fun games, many that develop collaborative team work and quick thinking
  • Basic moving and locomotion patterns, developing coordination and targeting large muscle groups
  • Apparatus exercises: beam, bars, floor, rings, vault, trampoline
  • Basic conditioning for improving general strength

What to bring:

  • A named bottle of water. Please no food, juice or fizzy drinks.
  • Sports gear: shorts, t-shirt and bare feet.
  • No jewelry, wrist watches, baggy clothes or anything with zips.
Enrol in a Holiday Program

Important Information:
On arrival, children must wait in the family or TV room. For safety reasons, no children are allowed in the gym until the coach invites them in. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier on day one for orientation. If you have siblings in two different age groups, and pick-up times vary, you are welcome to wait in our family or TV room. No food is allowed on the gym floor, only water.
