Welcome to our new website!
Here at the Eastern Suburbs Gymnastic Club we strive to make our classes challenging and fun, in a setting that is organized and safe.
Gymnastics has many benefits, promoting strength, flexibility, speed and grace as well as teaching self confidence, discipline, teamwork and character development. By providing every child with the opportunity to be successful, we build their confidence and self esteem. Whilst having fun and exercising our young gymnasts learn lessons that last a lifetime: dealing with success and failure, respect, discipline and the sheer joy of physical fitness. Of course it's also a great place to make friends and feel part of a winning team.
